What do you like best about Twig AI? The customer service and ease of use has already proven to be tremendously successful. The benefits are immediately clear. It is going to disrupt our trainings - giving people the keys to the handbook directly! What do you dislike about Twig AI? Interface doesn't feel super modern, but it sounds like they already have plans in motion :) What problems is Twig AI solving and how is that benefiting you? Internal FAQs to address something immediately instead of waiting for someone else to reply with the answer.
Puts me in the driver seat with AI. Ability to leverage generative AI in a more controlled and trustworthy way. Have more visibility on how the AI is generating answers, and where its coming from. Also have tools to better manage the training to improve the answers over time.
